This website is the home of the PDHPE curriculum, has past papers, study tips and answer guides.
NSW Students Online: http://studentsonline.bos.nsw.edu.au/go/myhsc/faq/
This website outline requirements for the HSC but more importantly has FAQs about Year 12 study.
Bored of Studies: http://www.boredofstudies.org/
Bookmark this site you will not regret it. It has everything and anything on ALL Year 12 subjects. The website gets both students and teachers to contribute, you will find stuff from me when I was in Year 12 somewhere on the site. It has assessment answer samples, past papers, study notes, summaries, tip and hints, and even an ATAR calculator. It has it all, but you will need to sign up and become a member - but it is FREE to do so. Do It.

Home of every and any statistic you will ever need, make sure it is current though.
Australian Institute of Health and Welfare http://www.aihw.gov.au/
This is where CORE 1 will make a whole lot more sense. It is filled with publications that cover all aspects of health and the Australian population.
NSW Ministry of Health http://www.health.nsw.gov.au/
Each state has their own website that gives a contextual view of health for the chosen state.
HSC Online - PDHPE http://hsc.csu.edu.au/pdhpe/
This site has links and resources focused on PDHPE that may be helpful.

This website give an overview of all the reference styles, be sure to check which one you are required to use for an assignment prior to using their guides.
